The project

Calm, built in soft tiers

HADO is three towers rising to twenty-one levels in the Siora masterplan, on Island B of Dubai Islands. They step back in planted terraces and turn towards the water, the cove and the city.

Inside, the mood is Japanese and unhurried. Warm oak, stone and linen, 3.2-metre ceilings, and corner glass that lets the light pour in. Some upper and feature-level homes add bigger rooms and wide terraces facing the sea and sunset.
